trying to beat the heat

I know that I may be in the minority here but I cannot WAIT for the summer to be over!!! It has been absolutely miserable these last two weeks. I am dreaming of cool breezes, leaves changing colors and wearing JEANS!!! Whoever said that you don't need central air in San Diego needs to come to my house for an hour.

Disney's California Adventure

We were invited by our friends Kelly, Carter and baby Coral to go to Disney's California Adventure next to Disneyland. It was one of the best days of Taylor's life. His "thing" right now is Monsters Inc. and Bug's Life and he got to meet the characters, ride their rides and dance in the parade. Halle got to meet her favorite character "Boo" and play in the water fountains! Thanks Kelly, Carter and Coral for the fun day and thank you Trisha, Eric and Sammy for the passes.

Halle was holding a "Boo "doll watching the parade when the Monsters Inc. float stopped and danced in front of us. Little "Boo" saw the doll and came up to Halle and shook her hand as Taylor screamed "It's Boo, it's Boo!!!!!" He was amazed that all of his favorite characters were" coming out of the movie" to see them.

My Twin

Okay not exactly but if I did have a sister this would be her. My mom and her sister can't figure out how they had such "high maintenance girly-girls" . WE love clothes, make up, sappy movies, music (wahooo-yee-hoo), babies, pink, dancing, making cards, our moms, scrapbooking...an endless list of similarities right down to the handwriting ! I love you Trissy-flo-flo
